How do I sign up for this promotion?

2. Receive confirmation of sign-up via email.
3. Check within 48 hours that your commission structure has been adjusted to 50% by your account manager.

Terms and Conditions:
New affiliates must first register for a Winner Affiliates account. Participation in this promotion is contingent upon approval by the designated account manager.
Once the initial 90 day period has ended, the account will switch to Winner Affiliates standard commission plan and members will receive between 25%-40% revenue share rate for Casino traffic and 20%-35% revenue share rate for Poker traffic.
